To access our services, you'll need to sign up using a valid Google account. We only collect and use this information for communication and to keep track of your credits.

We prioritize the privacy and security of your data. We collect your email address when you create an account. We store any images you create within the App to provide the functionalities of the App. You can choose to delete the images from your gallery at any time. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to software, design, and content, are owned by uPix or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

Payments

All payments made through our platform are final and nonrefundable. Your credits do not expire and will only be used upon image generation.

Limitation of Liability

uPix shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong SAR.
